Thanks to the innovative spirit of our employees, UDSF was recognized by the Central Penn Business Journal as one of the region’s most innovative non-profit organizations. We also received the Samaritan Counseling Center’s annual Ethics in Business Award.
Meet The Team
Our executive team is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities through sound financial stewardship, dedicated service, and strategic advocacy. They bring a wealth of experience in non-profit management and executive leadership, along with a passion for helping people of all abilities lead independent, fulfilling lives.
UDSF Board
The UDS Foundation works under the direction of our non-profit Board of Directors. They provide oversight and direction for all UDSF programs.
Clinical Operations Board
The Clinical Operations Board oversees the Home and Community Based Services program which includes Care Management, Adult Autism Care Management and Advanced Care Management Solutions.
Accessing Independence Board
Accessing Independence is a division of the UDS Foundation and provides in-home personal care through our Independent Living Services branch. It’s also an active life skills program for adults through the Adult Enrichment program. These programs are under the direct oversight of the Accessing Independence Board of Directors.
