Our team of Care Coordinators have special training in working with adults with autism, and we offer support services to people who participate in the Pennsylvania Adult Autism Waiver. Your dedicated Care Coordinator will help you develop a personalized care plan that allows you to live independently in your community. Our coordinators work with a maximum of 35 participants at a time to ensure you receive prompt, high-quality care.

We specialize in supporting adults with autism, and your care plan will be specific to your individual needs. We’ll continuously monitor your plan to ensure you receive the services and support you need.
