United Disabilities Services Foundation (UDSF) offers the most comprehensive and wide-ranging services available to support people who are living with disabilities, who are aging, or who are recovering from an injury.
The UDS team, from care coordinators and caregivers to home modification specialists and custom wheelchair seating experts, work reliably and tirelessly to ensure UDS participants and their loved ones can live their best lives.

Disability Services & Programs For Adults In PA., MD. and DE.
Our planning and support services include our Resource Center, Care Management, Adult Autism Care Management, and Wellness Calls.
Our personal care and independence services are In-Home Personal Care, Accessible Home Modifications, Accessible Solutions Brokerage, Mobility and Rehab Equipment, Custom Wheelchair Seating, and Service Dogs.
Our enrichment and life skills services include our Adult Enrichment program, the UDS Transition School, Employment Services, and our Challenger Football and Cheerleading program.
