The UDSF Annual Gala raises critically-needed funds to advance our mission and provides personal care and support services to people with physical and age-related disabilities and mobility challenges. Our services enhance our clients’ independence and enrich their lives, as well as those of their families, caregivers, and the community.

We hope you can join us for this special evening.

Your support of our Gala will bring hope and independence into the lives of people with disabilities throughout our community!

The Evening's Activities

4:30 p.m. Registration opens, and the cocktail reception begins with Hors d’oeuvres and an open Bar. The silent auction opens with a wide variety of experiences, gift baskets, and sports/entertainment memorabilia!
6:00 p.m. Guests are seated in Freedom Hall. Dinner served.
6:55 p.m. Silent Auction closes.
6:55 p.m. Program begins and kicks off with the Fireside Chat with John Kruk and Dave Spadaro. Live auction and appeal to follow.
8:30 p.m. Gala ends, but the fun is just beginning…

Extra Innings After Party

*NEW THIS YEAR! – VIP Meet & Greet with John Kruk and Dave Spadaro will be held immediately following the Gala at Commons on Vine (down the esclator from the Freedom Hall). Experience includes an open bar, light refreshments, and an opportunity to take a photo with John Kruk.

Extra Innings tickets included in the following sponsorship packages: All Star (24), Grand Slam (16), Homerun (8), Live Drive (2), and Clubhouse (2) sponsor levels.
for all others, tickets can be purchased for $150 each.

Ticket Sales

Event tickets are expected to go on sale by the end of February. Ticket Pricing is as follows:

$ 300 Single Hit (individual ticket)

$ 500 Double Play (2 tickets)

$2,000 Phanatic (a standard reserved table for 8)

Let’s have some fun bidding and out-bidding others on fabulous silent auction items! It will be open during the cocktail reception and Gala and closes at 6:55 p.m. Bidding will take place via your phone! More details to come.
