FAQs about In-Home Senior Care
I need personal care services at home. Are there any upfront costs?
There are no upfront costs, and no security deposits are ever required. We do free home evaluations and safety assessments. We bill for all services rendered at the end of each month.
I need resources, but I don’t know where to start or what’s available. Can I talk to someone to discuss my needs?
The Resource Center is here to answer all of your questions. We primarily support individuals looking for services in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. If we don’t have the answer, we will research it for you.
We can connect you to a variety of resources such as home care, home medical equipment, accessible home modifications, custom wheelchair seating, and service dogs. Additionally, we can guide you through understanding the resources available within the community to support your individual needs.
Email us or call (888) 837-4235 to learn more.
Is there financial assistance available to help me get the resources I need?
We understand that funding your services can be complicated and confusing. We’re here to walk you through this process. Depending on the services you need and your income level, you may be eligible for financial assistance.
How do I vet your caregivers?
We recognize that it can be uncomfortable to invite a stranger into your home to provide personal, intimate care. That’s why all of our caregivers go through an extensive hiring and screening process. Before they ever step foot into someone’s home, caregivers undergo a criminal background check, child abuse check, a competency screening, reference checks, and in-home training.
