Are there a minimum or maximum number of hours I need to work?
Yes. ILS requires a minimum availability of 15 hours per week with ability to work up to 40 hours per week if desired. We work to create consistent schedules for you that meet your needs.

Yes. We’re committed to helping you feel confident and supported in your role. You’ll receive paid training to get started, along with optional ongoing learning opportunities.
Our Care Coordinators are always available to answer questions and provide support in the field when needed.
Do I need experience to apply for a Caregiver job?
We are looking for individuals that have at least 6 months of experience as a caregiver. Experience includes: assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, toileting assistance, medication management, errands, safety supervision, mobility and transfer assistance, companionship, light housekeeping, social activities, laundry, etc.
