VP Human Resources & Organizational Development

Robin was hired 2010 as the Director of Human Resources and was recently promoted to Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development. She is passionate about positioning UDSF as an Employer of Choice and to maximize individual and organizational potential.  Robin has more than 25 years of experience leading teams around all aspects of Human Resources.  She leverages her diverse experience to enhance cultural and organizational effectiveness.  To that end, she has facilitated strategic planning, succession planning, spearheaded employee surveys and leadership development programs in order to attract and retain top talent. 

Robin previously held leadership positions at D&E Communications as an Organizational Development Manager and Crystal Spring Water Company as a Regional Sales/Operations Manager serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
