President and Chief Operating Officer


Judy is President and COO of UDS Foundation. She is a results-driven leader with a proven track record of significant operational achievements. During her tenure with UDSF, Judy has provided solid leadership and direction in navigating positive change within the organization. This has positioned UDSF as a leader in the state and in our field.

Judy has been instrumental in developing strategic deployment practices throughout the organization that allow us to maintain focus on the key metrics necessary to establish a successful business operation. This helps us drive results-oriented actions to strategically sustain UDS in the future. She’s also led a huge renovation effort to create UDSF’s new campus and orchestrated a no-lost-business move to our new corporate office.

Judy has been accredited as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2001. Throughout her career in the healthcare, business, and non-profit sectors, Judy has handled a wide array of business issues. These include mergers and acquisitions, business development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, safety and risk management, workforce reengineering, and labor relations. She has also won several leadership awards and helped place her company on the Best Places to Work list.
