
Director
Steven Petrosky has worked in healthcare since 2009 as a social worker and operational leader. Improving the health of the community through a holistic approach which incorporates behavioral health, access to medical care and ensuring the social network required to sustain long term benefits is his passion.
Steven started his career with WellSpan Philhaven behavioral health and since 2019 has expanded his scope to include medical acute inpatient hospital, acute rehab hospital, emergency department and behavioral health care management. In his current role he works as Director of Care Management Operations for the WellSpan health system, leading many projects and organizational strategy to improve the health and outcomes of the community.
Steven earned his master’s degree in business administration from Lebanon Valley College in 2014 with a concentration in healthcare administration. In addition to the UDS Clinical Services Board, Steven serves on the Boards of Ephrata Area Social Services and the American Case Management Association Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter. He resides in Lancaster County with his wife Jinny and five sons, Tristan, Logan, Benjamin, Graham and Henry.
