Bill Kepner

Chief Executive Officer


Bill is the CEO of UDS Foundation. He was originally hired as COO in 2008 as part of a succession plan following the departure of former President & CEO, Gerald Meck. Bill previously served on the UDS Board of Directors and was Board President from 1994-95.

Bill brings over 25 years of experience in senior level management to UDS. Most recently, he was the COO of the Inglis Foundation of Philadelphia, a housing and community services organization for people with disabilities. Bill graduated from Juniata College and currently serves as President of the Pennsylvania Provider Coalition.
