Phil Hess

Phil has more than 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry.  Phil recently retired as President of WellSpan Philhaven after 34 years. He brings considerable leadership expertise and valuable contacts in the local health care community. 

In addition to the UDS Clinical Services Board Phil serves on the Boards of The Touchstone Foundation, Ephrata Area Social Services, Garden Spot Village and the Ephrata Area Education Foundation.  This is Phil’s first year as a UDS Clinical Operations Board member.
