Customized Mobility and Rehabilitation Equipment Services

We provide custom measured manual and power wheelchairs with specialty controls or equipment to improve quality of life. 

We work primarily with clients at care facilities who are eligible for the PA Medicaid Waiver, Community HealthChoices, or who pay privately. Along with care facility rehab staff, we start by evaluating your current limitations. Then, we create customized rehab equipment specific to your needs to provide greater independence.

We customize the wheelchairs specifically to the resident, with measurement and specialized equipment to reduce wounds/skin issues, reduce pain, reduce falls, improve the resident’s access to their room, the nursing home and the campus. We specialize in using manufacturer’s equipment including back supports, arm and leg support, head support and cushions for skin protection. We find the best way to drive or move the wheelchair using their head (head array), sip and puff, micro joysticks, switches and also do standing wheelchairs or wheelchairs that lift a resident to reach their closet or attend a church/private event and participate in transfers from different surfaces.
