A place to learn, grow, and connect
With the Active Life Day Program, participants have the opportunity to engage in volunteer and recreational activities, learn new things, and experience many different opportunities that foster independence and improve socialization.
We offer a wide variety of activities for participants to select and engage in. These activities focus on providing enrichment through education, peer interactions (socialization), and the sharing of common interests.

Day Program Activities
Providing individuals with disabilities with activities that spark interests and help build life skills, including:

- We offer 30 unique classes, based on participants’ interests. Each class is one hour long. We also discuss current events daily.

About Community Integration and Day Programs
Our staff members work individually with each participant to determine their specific interests and goals, and help establish community integration outings that are unique to each participant.
Active Life Day Program staff also provides transportation from the program facility to the community activities and assists participants during these outings.

Active Life Day Program is available to individuals ages 18-59 with intellectual or physical disabilities. Participants must be able to indicate choice, participate in programming, administer their own medications, and make their personal care needs known.
In many cases, the cost of programming is covered by various government-funded waiver sources. We also offer a private pay option where attendance is billed at an hourly rate.
