Frequently Asked Questions
Are there a minimum or maximum number of hours I need to work?
There is no minimum or maximum hours per week required. We do watch out for our caregivers who work over 40 – 45 hours to make sure they are not at risk for injury due to being tired, feel overburdened or need time for their own well-being.
We offer flexible scheduling to work with your availability.
Do you provide training?
Yes, we want to ensure that you feel you have the tools to help you be successful on the job. We offer initial orientation training and then optional quarterly and ongoing online training modules. We offer paid training for all trainings offered. We also have Care Coordinators on staff that are available for personal training in the field if you ever have concerns or questions regarding your duties.
Do I need experience to apply for a Caregiver job?
We are looking for individuals that have at least 6 months of experience as a caregiver and the heart and compassion for helping others who need care.
How much does the Caregiver job pay?
We base the start rate on your experience.
What type of activities will I be performing?
Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, toileting assistance, medication management, errands, safety supervision, mobility and transfer assistance, companionship, light housekeeping, social activities, laundry, etc.
