Rhonda has more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry and brings experience in rehabilitation service management to her board position. She joined the UDSF board in 2018 and the Clinical Operations Board in 2023. She is currently Director of Clinical Operations for Rehab Services at Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital.
