Chuck Smith

Chuck Smith, has more than 35 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Chuck brings experience in many areas of Human Resources including employee relations, communications, benefits and recruiting. He is an active member of the Lancaster community and currently serves as the board chair with GOAL Project, a non-profit that works with area church congregations to develop active addiction recovery ministries. Currently, Chuck is the Vice President of Human Resources at Donegal Mutual Insurance Company, which he joined in 2010. A native of Louisville, KY, he previously worked with UPS 28 years and is married to Melissa Speck Smith.
