Kevin Hancock has dedicated over thirty years to the field of Medicaid, Long-term Services and Supports, Managed Care, strategic planning, and program evaluation. His career in Pennsylvania state government includes roles such as Special Advisor to the Secretary for the Pennsylvania Department of Aging, where he played a pivotal role in developing *Aging Our Way, PA*, a 10-year strategic plan focused on improving the health and quality of life for older adults in the state.
As Deputy Secretary for the Department of Human Services Office of Long-term Living, Kevin was instrumental in the implementation of Pennsylvania’s Community HealthChoices Program, a major Medicaid-funded initiative providing managed long-term services and supports.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Sociology with a focus on Administration and Leadership at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Kevin lives in Harrisburg, PA, where he continues to apply his extensive experience to support clients and communities. He currently works as an independent consultant while he finishes his education.
