Lead Intake Coordinator

As the Lead Intake Coordinator, Renee provides coordinated participant intake services as well as education and community relations activities for the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) program. She develops stategies that result in a positive community image and assists the program in meeting its goals and objectives. Renee completes mapping for new/transfer participants to maintain efficiency in caseloads.
