Service dogs must go through very thorough training in order to become certified, but all training must start with the basics. UDS is proud to offer a service dog program for individuals who have a mobility disability, autism, or Veterans with PTSD.

Service dogs have the unique ability to sense medical emergencies before humans even realize something may be wrong. UDS service dogs can be trained to open and close doors, retrieve, deliver, and turn lights on and off.

Custom wheelchairs present a way to relieve pressure from certain areas of the body that typically may experience the most pressure in a normal wheelchair.
