NOTE: We encourage each attendee to register their credit card for use at the event. When you register your credit card, any of your Silent Auction, Live Auction and Live Appeal items will be charged directly to your card so you will not have to check out at the end of the evening. You will also be able to use our express check-in on the night of the event to help avoid standing in line. The UDSF Annual Gala raises critically-needed funds to support our mission and provide personal care and support services for people with physical and age-related disabilities and mobility issues. Our services enhance our clients’ independence and enrich their lives, along with the lives of their families, caregivers, and the community.

Whether you want to learn how to fly, enjoy a great dining experience or indulge in an amazing shopping spree, our Silent Auction has something for everyone!
The silent auction will be held online, but will close during the live event. Lucky winners will be able to take their items home with them that evening.

HELPFUL TIPS / Q&A
We encourge you to register your credit card prior to the event so that your purchases can be charged directly to your card and you do not have to visit the check-out table at the end of the evening.
If you do not want to use your credit card to pay for your tickets, you may mail a check to: UDS – Attn: Larry Aubrey, 2270 Erin Ct, Lancaster PA 17601
You will need to pay for any purchases you make on the night of the event (i.e. Silent Auction, Live Auction, Live Appeal) by check or cash before leaving the event at the end of the evening.
If you would like to purchase raffle tickets or beverages that are not included with dinner (i.e. alcohol, soda, etc.), due to laws and contracts, these items must be paid with cash only. Everything else will get charged to your credit card.
You will receive a text and/or email any time you have successfully bid on something that is being charged to your credit card.
No! If you have registered your credit card and have won a silent auction package, live auction package or participated in the live appeal, your credit card will be automatically charged the week after the gala when we reconcile the evening’s finanicals.
You can register your credit card prior to the event by visiting the silent auction website and creating an account.
If you have not registered your credit card prior to entering the event, our check-in volunteers can do it for you.
Attendees who have registered their credit cards prior to the event will move through the check in line more quickly. We recommend you register your credit card prior to arriving at the event.
UDSF takes photos and video to help document our events. By your participation in the event, you agree that any photos or video that is taken can be used by UDS for marketing of future events. If you do not want your photo/video to be used, please send an email to LarryA@udservices.org to request that pictures/videos of you not be used.
